Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

All Little Authors products are custom-made using stories, names, photos, artwork, and other content submitted or approved by the customer.

Little Authors is not responsible for customer-submitted or customer-approved errors after final approval has been provided.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellolittleauthors@gmail.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it appropriately.
